FHA has temporarily extended their approvals on condominiums depending on when they originally received their approval.
· Brittany, which includes 12 Rue Fontaine, has been extended to August 31, 2011.
· Meadowview and the Vineyards at Foothill Ranch has been extended to July 31, 2011.
· Salerno at Provence, has met their recertification as is approved to July 12, 2012.
All projects must meet the owner occupancy of 51% or greater.
